DPL Umpiring Panel would consist of DPL Certified Umpires only.
Only DPL certified umpires can be part of the Umpiring Panel. Players interested in becoming a DPL certified umpire can send in their request to the Umpiring Coordinator who will then have final say in the said player(s) eligibility/selection. Only DPL certified players can be selected to the umpiring panel and thereby get a chance to stand in a game.
